I love this quote and hate it sometimes too. But that is exactly why it’s my favorite. Sometimes when I am facing a creative block I know all I need to do is sit down and start cutting, and then inspiration will follow.

Sometimes if I just don’t even feel like cutting I will try to make the most of this quote and make sure I go outside, enjoy nature, visit a museum whatever it takes for ideas to come. But at the end of the day, I always have to sit down and start cutting for things to flow.
